Andy Deutschmann

Andy Deutschmann is President of the Nitrous Effect where he leads day-to-day operations and finance. Andy believes success in leadership means rallying teams to a cause, empowering them with adequate autonomy and tools, respectfully holding them to account while providing a safe place to fail, and honoring their inevitable successes. A change agent with over 20 years of cross-functional experience in leadership, strategic planning, operations, finance, and organizational development, Andy is a born integrator who turns challenge into opportunity. Andy holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BS in Finance from Miami University.
